What an incredible turnaround at this office ! When I arrived for my appointment today I found everyone at the front desk very friendly and helpful ! Everyone I interacted with was upbeat and eager to be of assistance. Kudos to all the staff! Keep up the good work.

Excellent check-in process and professional staff. I went over there due to multiple issues. I thought I had no other options because of what my endocrinologist told me. Dr. Zavesky, Dr. Parker and staff are the best urologists in Western MA. Ive been going there for 5 years and Im always treated with such courtesy and respect. They know the details of my condition before I get to appointments, theyre knowledgeable and friendly. I have very rarely experienced such personalized and exceptional care. Being able to attend appointments at the Palmer location instead of navigating downtown Springfield traffic is also a great benefit.

Whenever I call in the phone is answered usually on third or fourth ring by a person and I am not waiting 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone, and my issue is immediately taken care of whether it be that moment or someone needs to call back. In this day and age with the medical field that is impressive. Thank you!! The staff (Nurses and Doctors) are fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and have a good bed side manner. Again, unique in this day and age. This is one doctors office I am happy to visit when necessary.

He also talks freely about each option and his history of outcomes. He is comfortable listening to his patients and projects a sense of confidence, and not arrogance. I was early for my appointment, was pre-registered and I did not have a long wait to see Tatiana. I liked her very much and she even ordered another test in regard to my continued small problem. It was the first time since I had the problem that someone looked further into it which is small trace of blood in my urine every time I give a urine sample. I was very impressed with Tatiana AND I didnt have to sit in the waiting room forever!
